Choose the Delivery Term That Fits Your Order

Your quotation will state the agreed Incoterm, named port or place, and which costs are included. The descriptions below are practical summaries; the signed quotation or contract controls the final responsibility.

FOB — Free On Board

Witdriv arranges export clearance and delivery to the agreed shipment port. You or your forwarder book the main freight and arrange insurance if required, unloading, import clearance, duties, and destination delivery.

CIF — Cost, Insurance and Freight

Witdriv books the sea freight to the named destination port and arranges cargo insurance at the agreed level. You arrange import clearance, duties, unloading, and onward delivery unless the quotation states otherwise. Risk transfer follows the agreed Incoterm, so confirm the named port and insurance scope before ordering.

DDP — Delivered Duty Paid

Where DDP service is available, the quotation may include international freight, customs coordination, duties, taxes, and delivery to the named place. Availability depends on the product, destination, battery restrictions, customs requirements, and local logistics capability.

What to Send Us

Provide the destination country, port or delivery address, consignee type, required arrival window, battery details, and any import-document requirements. We will confirm the available delivery terms and included costs in the quotation.
