Project Background

This project reference follows a staged solar power system deployment in Nigeria. The first cooperation started in 2017 with two complete 50kW solar power systems installed at a university to supply electricity for the university clinic.

Project Expansion

After the first two 50kW systems operated successfully for one year, the customer expanded the cooperation in 2018. The second order was a 1MW solar power system package, configured as ten 100kW solar power systems for government-related houses, hospitals, schools, and public-service electricity needs.

Engineering Support

In May 2019, engineers were sent to Nigeria to guide installation of the ten 100kW solar systems. This kind of project requires careful review of system capacity, installation sequence, inverter and battery matching, site wiring, mounting layout, and commissioning support.

Additional 700kW Order

During production of the 1MW order, the customer added a third order totaling 700kW. The additional package included one 50kW system, one 100kW system, one 200kW system, and one 350kW system. The goods reached the project location in September 2019, and the systems were installed and reported as working well.

Why This Case Matters

  • Staged cooperation reduced risk: two 50kW systems first, then 1MW, then 700kW more.
  • The project covered public-service electricity needs including clinic, houses, hospitals, and schools.
  • Engineering guidance was part of the project support, not just equipment shipment.
  • Large orders required system planning, production coordination, delivery scheduling, and installation review.
