Warranty Coverage Overview

witdriv warranty terms should be confirmed by quotation, contract, model, and destination market. The following reference terms can be used when reviewing solar equipment orders.

• Solar panels and solar mounting brackets: 10-year warranty reference; expected real service life around 30 years.
• Solar PV cables, battery cases, battery cables, and small solar accessories: 2-year warranty reference; expected service life around 25 years.
• Solar PV array boxes and solar hybrid inverters: 2-year warranty reference; expected service life around 10 years.
• Solar lithium batteries: 5-year warranty reference; expected service life around 10 years under 50% DOD and average operating temperature around 35°C.

After-Sales Service Reference

1. For solar panels and mounting brackets, qualified quality problems can be handled with replacement parts or new units, including agreed shipping support.
2. For gel batteries and lithium batteries, warranty support applies to qualified quality problems such as leakage or abnormal shape. Damage from over-charge, over-discharge, misuse, or improper installation is outside normal warranty scope.
3. For hybrid inverters and solar charge controllers, replacement spare parts such as main boards can be arranged during the warranty period for qualified failures.
4. For solar cables, battery cables, battery cases, MC4 connectors, and T-branch connectors, qualified accessory problems can be handled with replacement parts.
5. For solar DC air-conditioning systems, compressor, motor, fan, and main-board warranty support can be discussed according to the confirmed product term.

Installation Requirements

Before installation, the buyer should confirm the installation procedure with witdriv or the project technician. Solar power systems and solar air-conditioning systems should be installed under guidance from qualified technicians or engineers. Damage caused by non-professional installation, incorrect wiring, over-charge, over-discharge, or misuse may fall outside warranty service.

Documents Included

Orders can include warranty cards, stamped quality certificates, user manuals, system connection diagrams, and other project documents where applicable. Complete solar power systems and solar air-conditioning systems are supplied as made-in-China product sets unless otherwise stated in the contract.
