Order Handling
witdriv reviews each order by product type, quantity, system configuration, destination, packaging requirement, and selected trade term before dispatch. Complete solar systems may include panels, PV combiner boxes, hybrid inverters, batteries, mounting structure, cables, and related accessories, so packing and document checks are handled by project scope.
Production And Delivery Planning
- Sample orders of 1-10 sets can be planned around 5-7 working days when stock and configuration allow.
- Bulk orders of 20-100 sets can be planned around 10-20 working days depending on materials, system configuration, and order schedule.
- Production progress can be shared with photos, videos, and dedicated project follow-up.
- For agreed contracts, late delivery penalty language can be discussed, including a 5% contract penalty clause where applicable.
Packaging Standards
- Inverters, batteries, controllers, combiner boxes, cables, and accessories are packed by model, batch, and shipment reference.
- Solar panels and complete solar system equipment may ship on pallets, reinforced export cartons, or containerized loading plans.
